Return and Exchange policy FAQ

We offer returns on merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. You will receive a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment.

How do I return?

• Send us a message to info@fiagreen.com
• Enter your order number and email used to place the order
• Describe the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

All eligible items purchased may be returned within 30 days of delivery to the original form of payment or exchanged as needed. Eligibility is determined as follows:

• International orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Exchanges are permitted based on size and availability.
  

• In the case of exchange, shipping costs will be waived for both the return and reship process.

• Original shipping costs incurred at the time the order was placed are non-refundable.

• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. At that point in time, you will receive confirmation via email that your return or exchange is complete.

• Returns will be processed back to the original payment if returned within 14 days.
